How does the 100-night trial work?
We believe you need time to adjust to a new mattress. You can try any Casper mattress in your own home for 100 nights. If you don't love it, we'll pick it up and give you a full refund.
How is the mattress shipped to my home?
Casper mattresses are compressed, vacuum-sealed, and shipped in a compact, manageable box right to your doorstep via standard ground shipping.
Do I need a specific bed frame for a Casper mattress?
Our mattresses are designed to work on most firm, flat surfaces, including platform beds, slatted frames with slats no more than 4 inches apart, or a traditional foundation.
How long does it take for the mattress to expand?
Most of the expansion happens within minutes, but it can take up to 24-48 hours for the mattress to fully regain its shape and for any 'new mattress' scent to dissipate.
What is the warranty period for Casper products?
All Casper mattresses come with a 10-year limited warranty, while our pillows and bedding typically include a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
