Initiate Your Return
Visit our online self-service returns portal or contact our Sleep Specialists to start the process for your mattress or bedding accessories.
Prepare Your Items
For smaller items like sheets or pillows, place them back in their original packaging; for mattresses, there is no need to try and fit them back in the box.
Schedule a Pickup
For mattress returns, we will coordinate with a local charity or recycling partner to pick up the product directly from your home at no extra cost.
Receive Your Refund
Once your return is processed or picked up, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
